The Challenge
Facility Direct, a Chandler-based wholesale supplier for multifamily properties and apartment complexes, wanted to move serious volume online. The catch: every online sale had to land in their QuickBooks accounting system accurately, without a staff member re-keying orders. For a wholesale operation, a store that can’t talk to accounting isn’t a sales channel, it’s a data-entry problem waiting to happen.
The Strategy
We planned the store around the back office first. That meant custom WordPress and WooCommerce development with real-time accounting synchronization at the core, a product management workflow the Facility Direct team could run themselves, and a storefront design clean enough that property managers could reorder supplies in a few clicks.
The Execution
- Engineered automated, real-time synchronization between WooCommerce transactions and QuickBooks using WordPress’s PHP environment and MyWorks Software, the same integration partner whose badge we carry
- Set up Google Sheets–driven CSV imports so the Facility Direct team can update, add, or reprice products in bulk without touching the CMS
- Designed intuitive category, product, and checkout pages matched to the brand’s visual identity and built for repeat wholesale ordering
- Tuned the storefront for conversion: clear navigation, fast pages, and a checkout without dead ends
The Results
Facility Direct now runs an online store where sales data flows straight into accounting with no manual entry. Product updates that once required developer time happen in a spreadsheet. The store’s design and usability have strengthened the brand’s position as a leading supplier, and internal processes are measurably more efficient day to day.
Their need for a unique sales data sync solution didn’t deter us. We leveraged our WordPress and WooCommerce expertise to create a custom online store that not only streamlined their product management but also automated their accounting integration. Seeing their online sales flourish and internal processes become more efficient is incredibly rewarding. We’re proud to be a part of Facility Direct’s digital journey and excited to see them continue to conquer the online space!

Wholesale and B2B Ecommerce Questions
What this Chandler wholesaler answers about systems
Repeat ordering and the back office. Most wholesale ecommerce projects fail in the gap between the storefront and the office, so this build paired a custom WooCommerce store with automated accounting integration and a sales data sync, rather than treating the website as a separate system.
In bulk, without touching the CMS. We set up Google Sheets driven CSV imports so the Facility Direct team can update, add or reprice products in bulk themselves. For a wholesale catalog, pricing changes are routine, and a store that makes them painful stops reflecting reality.
A custom WooCommerce store built on WordPress, with product management streamlined and accounting integration automated through a sales data sync solution. We designed category, product and checkout pages matched to the brand and built for repeat wholesale ordering, then tuned the storefront for conversion.
Because a wholesale buyer reorders constantly and will not tolerate friction. The storefront was tuned with clear navigation, fast pages and a checkout without dead ends, built around repeat ordering rather than a single purchase. B2B conversion is mostly about removing obstacles.
