Blossom & Oak Landscaping: Website, SEO & Lead GenerationQueen Creek, AZ
How a new website, lead tracking, local SEO, and Google, Meta, and Local Services Ads took a Queen Creek landscaper from 20 to 69 website leads a month
Project Overview
BLOSSOM & OAK LANDSCAPING HAS DESIGNED AND BUILT QUEEN CREEK YARDS SINCE 2000, WITH ONE CREW ACCOUNTABLE FROM FIRST SKETCH TO FINAL WALKTHROUGH.

Each service card links to its own Arizona service page with real project photography.
Blossom & Oak Landscaping is a Queen Creek design-build landscaping company led by owner Gordon Palmer. The team handles desert landscape design, artificial turf, pavers and hardscaping, irrigation, outdoor lighting, and planting across the East Valley, licensed under ROC #341642 with a 4.9-star rating across 128 reviews.
They’re a Queen Creek business, like our Queen Creek office on Orchard Lane, and they build in the master-planned communities that define this part of the Valley, from Ellsworth Ranch to Encanterra.
We rebuilt their website, set up tracking that counts every quote request, and run their Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta ads, and ChatGPT ads. Every number below comes from Blossom & Oak’s own accounts, shared with their permission.

Proof that homeowners can check: the Google rating, the ROC license, and real Queen Creek yard photos.
The Challenge
Leads with no scoreboard
From January 2025 through March 2026, GA4 recorded zero lead events for Blossom & Oak. Quote requests came in, but nobody could say which channel produced them or which ads were worth the money.
A crowded, seasonal market
Queen Creek and San Tan Valley are full of new-build lots and the landscapers chasing them. Demand swings with the heat, and homeowners want a sense of cost before they commit to a consultation.
A strong reputation to put to work
Blossom & Oak had more than 25 years of finished yards and a 4.9-star rating. The site needed to put that proof, real project photos, and the ROC license in front of every visitor.
The Strategy
WE REBUILT THE SITE AROUND QUEEN CREEK AS THE HUB, GAVE HOMEOWNERS A WAY TO PRICE THEIR PROJECT, AND MADE EVERY LEAD SOURCE MEASURABLE.

The landscaping cost calculator gives homeowners a materials and labor range before they request a consultation.
Queen Creek hub, East Valley wheel
The home page targets Queen Creek and names the communities Blossom & Oak builds in, from Ellsworth Ranch and Encanterra to Barney Farms and Harvest. Seven service spokes and seven city pages (Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix) complete the Hub, Wheel and Spoke structure.
Price before the phone call
A landscaping cost calculator gives homeowners a materials and labor range for turf, sod, pavers, planting, pergolas, lighting, and fire features by finish level and square footage, with no email required, then hands them to the consultation request.
Projects with real specs
Project pages list the community, ZIP code, square footage, budget, year, and services for each build, with video and a full gallery, so a homeowner can find a yard like theirs.
Every lead source measured
A GA4 lead event fires on every quote request and feeds Google Ads, alongside Local Services Ads phone and message leads. Every channel now reports into one scoreboard, the same way we lay out every local SEO report.
Execution
WE LAUNCHED THE NEW SITE IN SPRING 2026, THEN LAYERED ON TRACKING, PAID CHANNELS, AND CONTENT ONE PIECE AT A TIME.
- Bricks build and migration. WordPress on Bricks Builder with service, city, project, and blog templates. A 301 redirect map sent 76 old URLs from Search Console to their new homes, so old links and bookmarks still land on the right page.
- Lead tracking. GA4 lead events went live in April 2026 and were imported into Google Ads as a conversion the same month.
- Local Services Ads. Phone leads continued, and message leads were added in May 2026.
- Meta ads. Facebook and Instagram campaigns launched in June 2026, measured on the same GA4 lead event as every other channel.
- ChatGPT ads. In September 2026 we launched Blossom & Oak’s first ads inside ChatGPT.
- Answer-ready content. An 11-question FAQ on the home page and blog posts on smart irrigation, Queen Creek water costs, and native plants answer the questions homeowners ask search engines and AI assistants.
The Results
SIX MONTHS AFTER LEAD TRACKING WENT LIVE, BLOSSOM & OAK’S WEBSITE WAS PRODUCING MORE THAN THREE TIMES AS MANY LEADS.
