Onyx Integrative Medicine & Aesthetics is a premium naturopathic medical clinic located in Gilbert, Arizona, led by Dr. Stephanie Nichols. The practice focuses on hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic treatments designed to help patients look and feel their best.
Ciphers Digital Marketing partnered with Onyx to completely rebuild their digital presence from the ground up. The goal was not just a better website, but a high-performing patient acquisition system built specifically for the medical industry.
This project focused on developing a clean, high-converting website experience that builds trust, improves patient engagement, and aligns with how users search for naturopathic and integrative medical services in Gilbert and the surrounding East Valley.
At the same time, we implemented a full SEO strategy using our Hub, Wheel, and Spoke content model. Onyx Integrative Medicine & Aesthetics is led by Dr. Stephanie Nichols, a highly trained naturopathic doctor offering advanced treatments in hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics. The level of care was already there, but the website did not reflect that expertise or guide patients toward taking action.
In the medical space, especially with naturopathic and integrative services, trust is everything. Patients are not just browsing, they are looking for answers, reassurance, and a provider they feel confident choosing. The existing website did not create that level of confidence or clearly communicate the value of the services being offered.
