New Beginnings Law Center is a mission-driven nonprofit legal organization serving individuals impacted by the justice system throughout San Francisco, Marin County, and surrounding Bay Area communities. People looking for reintegration support and legal advocacy needed to find them, and the old website was getting in the way.
Ciphers Digital Marketing led a full website redesign, restructured the site for usability and accessibility, and implemented SEO best practices to increase visibility across Bay Area search results. The project emphasized clarity, trust, and long-term sustainability rather than aggressive marketing tactics, the right posture for a 501(c)(3).

The Challenge
New Beginnings Law Center faced three connected problems:
